Harry Adjmi, a caring and loyal family and businessman, has over 40 years of experience in the wholesale import business. His day to day encompasses the management of 300+ employees in the New York Headquarters and thousands around the globe. Harry acquires apparel companies and brands as a complement to the One Step Up umbrella. Many of those brands assist in design, production, and distribution of apparel for various retailers around the world. Harry manages a licensing company in addition to wholesale fulfillment with the intention of building brand awareness in the retail marketplace.

Harry takes great prides in building a workspace made up of loyal, confident, innovative, and extremely talented team leaders. Harry began his career working for his father Amin E. Adjmi, who immigrated to the United States in 1916 with nothing but his name to live for. Harry’s father became his greatest mentor, teaching him strong principal values, honesty, integrity and respect for others. Following in his father’s footsteps, Harry has used these same values to guide his children both in business and through life.

Throughout the years Harry has been guiding and mentoring many business men and women helping them improve their skills to reach greater success in their personal and professional careers. Harry’s biggest passion above all is to help individuals and families with internal disputes. There is nothing more valuable to him than peace at home and the workplace.
